Roles & Responsibilities:

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in targeting clients for IT, KPO/Back Office, and Digital Marketing services.

Ability to drive direct sales and contribute to company growth.

Develop and execute growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Arrange and participate in business meetings with prospective clients.

Promote company products/services while addressing client needs.

Prepare and manage sales contracts in compliance with legal and corporate guidelines.

Maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong presentation skills.
