Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification to enhance search performance.
  • Optimize website architecture, content, and on-page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, generating insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Manage and execute link-building strategies, including outreach and partnerships.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to enhance site performance.
  • Optimize for local SEO, voice search, and mobile-first indexing.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Other Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an SEO leadership role with a track record of driving organic growth.
  • Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations based on insights.
  • Experience with content marketing, keyword strategy, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
