Roles & Responsibilities:
- Possess 4-8 Years years of experience in Business Development or Inside Sales within a high-tech IT services environment.
- Proficient in identifying and engaging potential customers through various Outbound channels including email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Demonstrate adaptability to a dynamic work environment, with a keen eye on market trends and a focus on growth and change.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, utilizing CRM software to track and manage lead activity.
- Continuously optimize lead generation strategies and tactics to improve conversion rates and overall effectiveness.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing our company’s capabilities and value proposition.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand our presence and visibility in the market.
- Fluent in English.

- Exposure to the American and Australian markets is advantageous.
